Listen up, because yesterday's call with one of my one-on-one clients was an absolute game-changer. She had what I'd call a 'come to Jesus' moment. It might sound dramatic, but it's spot on. She was stuck in a loop, repeating the same old habits and expecting miracles. So, I did what I do best – I called her out on her BS with some seriously potent questions, questions you can ask yourself right now. Here they are:

  1. Do you really want to change?
  2. What are you prepared to do differently?
  3. Are you actually ready to do something about your situation right now?

I can't help but giggle because that session took a wild turn. I handed her back her power and control. She took her sweet time answering these questions, and that's exactly what I suggest you do as well. If you find yourself running in circles, doing the same thing and expecting different outcomes, sit down with these questions. Give yourself the space to truly answer them. Drop into your body and let the real answers bubble up.
