In a world that constantly tells women how to act, how to be. It is a radical act for an older woman to do ageing HER WAY.

Be that woman.

Make your own choices and be damned what anyone else says.

Go grey/dye your hair.

Use HRT/dont use HRT.

Flaunt those wrinkles/get plastic surgery.

Cover up/wear that sequinned bikini.

Have more seggsy/become celibate.

Wear shit loads of make-up/go bare-faced.

Leave your partner/commit to your relationship.

NO ONE knows you better than yourself.

Stop listening to the outside noise.

And start listening in.
