Let's Talk. Healing

Someone asked me a while back, "What does healing look like + can you give me a roadmap?" I will endeavour to unpack this question with care and intention. You see, healing is not linear (oh, I wish it was), it's more cyclical, it kinda never stops. You think you've got over something and then it returns in another way (gotta love those life lessons). Yet over the years, I noticed various patterns emerge when I was working with my clients. And, slowly I pieced together my methodology that (when embodied) and not just ticked off (like a to-do list) guides midlife women to have a deeper relationship with themselves (which is the ultimate transformation journey). Because everything starts and ends with ourselves. If you want better relationships, money habits, sex, confidence, career, and family life, then you are the one who needs to change, you are the one who needs to understand yourself on a deeper level and create a different way of moving through life (so that stop repeating the same mistakes) and start cultivating the confidence, boldness and audaciousness to create your very own wild love affair with life, love & your libido.
