For so many years I ran from myself. I would numb out with cocaine, alcohol, drama, abusive situations so that I never had to feel and be in my body. It's been a gnarly journey to come back to myself. It has pushed me to my edges and continues to push me to my edges. AND I WOULD NOT CHANGE A THING.
