What does being "a powerful woman" mean to you? - 15
I was having a conversation with one of my 1:1 clients yesterday and she asked me….
You talk a lot about power, fierceness and boldness.
But where’s the kindness, the softness in all of this?
I replied…
I am always kind to myself. I am fierce because I am soft because I honour and bow down in reverence to my vulnerability.
I have learned through SO many life lessons that when I am fierce but not soft. I am brittle, my defences lead the way, I exhaust myself, I disconnect from my body, I compare myself to other women, I ignore my feelings.
And that way of living nearly destroyed me.
It has taken a long time for me to be the woman I am. I am always learning, I am always evolving. And I am in a place in my life where I no longer hide from my power.
I am here to serve. I am here to wake women up. And my Warrioress/Kali❤️🔥spirit is being put to good use now (rather than that power being turned inwardly to destroy myself).
