The Star Monroe Show is where I interrogate the psychology underneath how we live, love, work, desire, succeed, spend, age, fuck up and start again.

From what’s happening in my own life and the patterns I see in my work, to celebrity, relationships, money, beauty, ambition, power and whatever the internet is losing its mind over this week — nothing is particularly off limits.

I’m interested in what we think is happening, what might actually be happening underneath, and what becomes visible when we stay with the enquiry instead of rushing to explain, judge or fix what we find.

Why do we care so much?
